BioBorn on Gallifrey, experimented on by the high council, had her genetics altered and was banished to Falliday after the council suppressed her memories. Raised there, a civil war broke out and as a teenager she was sent down to earth. Becoming a con-woman she lived the next 100+ years going around the world, swindling people out of their life savings, their inheritance, and even their families, stealing IDs as she went.
